Sigmatek advanced technologies limited is a private held company, established in 1988, the headquarter is located at Rishon Lezion.
Sigmatek’s Executive Team is a group of professionals that has many years of experience in the Israeli Defense Forces, Prime Minister's Office (Intelligence agencies), Air Force and in the Civil industry.
Vast experience in C4I arena, ATC Systems, tactical communication, tactical Intelligence systems, Public Safety & HLS, working as a leader vendor with the Israeli Ministry of Defense and Israeli Ministry of Public Security, as well as with global clients.
Sigmatek Mission Statement is to provide multi-level solutions and services in the Civil Industry, Homeland Security, Defense and Aviation markets, while our highest priority is to customer’s satisfaction by our high-quality solution, products and services.

Meet The Team

Mr. Eli Madmon, Colonel (Ret.)- C.E.O
Mr. Eli Madmon served in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) for 26 years, among his positions he served as commander of the IAF Technical Academy, Head of the IAF Ground Communication Branch, Systems Dept. and IAF C4I Project Leader. In additional he was in charge of Communications planning and Electromagnetic Compatibilities (EMC) Analysis in the IAF.
Mr. Madmon held a position of COO and VP of Engineering at SUNY Electronics (Samsung Israel).
Mr. Madmon holds M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, from Ben Gurion University, Israel 

Mr. Dov Bachar, Colonel (Ret.)-Director,
Mr. Dov Bachar served 30 years at the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Signal Corps in a variety of technical roles and higher management positions, such as: Head of C4 and Intelligence systems, Head of R&D Directorate at the MOD, Managed R&D activities for the IDF in the field of advanced data communications, Computer Vision technologies, Simulators and intelligence systems.
Mr. Bachar has a wide experience in large scale projects, with civil Hi-Tech companies, defense & Aerospace industry and the government. 
Mr. Bachar holds  M.Sc. in Business Administration. M.Sc. in Telecommunications, B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Aviv Holin-Director,
 Mr. Aviv Holin Served 16 years at the Prime Minister's Office and held various management's positions in the intelligence agency in field of Operative Intelligence, Operative Technology and staff positions.
In his Last position he acted as a Director of Stuff Requirement at the Intelligence Agency’s Headquarter.
Mr. Holin has more than a decade of experience in International Business Development & Marketing, mainly as an expert for the Indian market, primarily in Defense, HLS, Intelligence, Offset services (buy-back) and Civil trade.
Mr. Holin acts as a lecturer for Business Intelligence at few known universities and institutions, such as: 
Bar- Ilan University, The Israel Procurement & Logistics, Chamber of Commerce and at Government Org.
Mr. Holin holds BA in Social Sciences and Technology.

Mr. Assaf Navot, Colonel (Ret.)-Director
Mr. Assaf Navot Performed a variety of positions in the IDF’s C4I & Cyber Defense Directorate.
Navot served as the Head of Digital Army Program(“ZAYAD”), he also established and led the Data Systems Department in the IDF Ground Forces Technology Division. 
In his last position Col. (res.) Navot was the Head of the Network Centric Warfare Department at the Ground Forces, Technology Division, in this position he led operational & mission critical Communication, software & Cyber Defense projects.
Mr. Navot holds BSc in electrical engineering and MSc in Systems engineering, both from the Technion-Israel institute for technology.
